Despite several communications regarding non-delivery of an item ordered 2 weeks ago the delivery company failed again today. Now cancelled order so let's see how good the refund process goes ! Well some good news by way of update. The delivery company decided to deliver on the 4th occasion - and although I was tempted to send it back I was struck by the high quality of this UK and well made Cattle Water Trough. Following all of this John Bright have contacted me to apologise for the delivery company poor performance. I am looking to order more in the near future on the back of the quality of the goods.... We were pleased to find exactly the kind we wanted online at John Birght Fencing at easily the best price too. We had to call the company to ask a couple of questions including delivery. Beth in customer services was just brilliant helping us with advice and suggestions that have made this purchase and delivery a perfect buying experience. Within a couple of weeks from approaching Jon Brights we received a visit to measure up and estimate the job, the estimate and the new gate fitted. Great service.
