As a family owned company, it is very important to us that our work is done to the highest quality standards. In our on site workshop we create bespoke pieces and specialise in crafting handmade wooden garden gates and entrance gates. Our team of highly experienced carpenters also produces a range of quality poultry houses, dog kennels, garden furniture and doors. We make, supply and fit a broad range of garden, industrial and agricultural fencing across Dorset, Devon and Somerset. Fencing includes post and rail, stock, close board and parkland. Husband bought a wheelbarrow for my Christmas present, it split, he contacted the manufacturer and John Bright fencing has stepped in to rectify when the wheelbarrow manufacturer won't. Despite several communications regarding non-delivery of an item ordered 2 weeks ago the delivery company failed again today. Now cancelled order so let's see how good the refund process goes ! Well some good news by way of update. The delivery company decided to deliver on the 4th occasion - and although I was tempted to send it back I was struck by the high quality of this UK and well made Cattle Water Trough. Following all of this John Bright have contacted me to apologise for the delivery company poor performance. I am looking to order more in the near future on the back of the quality of the goods.... We were pleased to find exactly the kind we wanted online at John Birght Fencing at easily the best price too. We had to call the company to ask a couple of questions including delivery. Beth in customer services was just brilliant helping us with advice and suggestions that have made this purchase and delivery a perfect buying experience. I ordered a bespoke small animal housing and it was built to an incredibly high standard. And the staff are just lovely. I visit regularly for sheep supplies and they always go above and beyond.
