Our delivery information and other important bits...

Please check that you have ordered correctly and received the right products as soon as they arrive.

Please note that restrictions to exchange or refund do apply to certain products.



Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order and request a refund within seven days of receiving the goods.  To cancel, you must contact us within seven working days of delivery of your order.  You must not use your items and must return them unopened and in the original packaging.  A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding carriage charges, will be sent to you within 30 days.



If you have ordered the incorrect goods in error, we will replace them providing they are returned unused, but this will incur a postal charge.  It is important to us that you are satisfied with our service.  If you need to return goods to us for any reason more than seven days after receipt, we will issue you a credit note for the value of the goods, excluding carriage charges, providing that the goods are unused and in good condition, at the management’s discretion. Please contact us before attempting to return any goods.


Loss or Damage

Occasionally goods may be lost or damaged in transit.  We will send a replacement order when this occurs, but we might need you to provide photographs or collect the damaged item from you so we can provide proof for our carrier claims.  In all cases we must be informed of non-arrival, damage or shortages within seven days of the order being placed otherwise no claim can be made or replacement goods sent.

Click & Collect

We offer click & collect for all items we sell on our website.  Please wait until you hear back from us before popping in to our Country Store.



You will receive an email or call from us letting you know which day your goods are being delivered but we are currently delivering the following days.

Tuesday: Bridport and Eastbound

Thursday: Bridport and Westbound


Prices based on time to travel to destination from John Brights, thanks to Google.






Our courier is Tuffnells. They are currently collecting from us at least twice a week, and parcels are sent on a 24 hour service.  There have been delays on some routes due to the shortage of drivers.  Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales we are unable to guarantee.  Deliveries are Monday – Friday.
