The John Bright Country StoreSalway Ash, BridportIn 1982, John Bright Fencing began with John and Bridget Bright at the helm. Daughter, Beth joined the family business in 2003. Initially, fencing was the main focus but as the company grew, larger premises were purchased at Salway Ash, Bridport and the country store opened in 1994.Today, the Salway Ash site has a very well stocked store and workshop. It is also where our fencing teams are based.John Bright’s experienced teams install industrial, agricultural, domestic and garden fencing using post and rail, stock, closeboard or parkland from a range of materials.Workshop craftsmen use wood to create garden gates, border doors, wooden entrance gates, dog kennels and poultry houses. Bespoke designs can be built to your specification.You’ll find everything you need at the country store, from a good pair of wellington boots to a well built rabbit hutch.
